Undoubtedly, the jewel in their crown is the award winning Co-Operative development in Coventry, one of the most iconic and much loved buildings in the city centre. After some time of closure, the Co-operative was given a new lease of life through EDG Property’s inspiring vision, realising the potential of this building and the value it would add to a city centre rife with regeneration.

Design One created a vibrant campaign to advertise the reawakening of this development, from the creation of a series of brochures, sales tools and adverts (both online and print) to building hoardings and exclusive invitations to private events. The results were met with huge excitement and matched the sky high expectations of this incredible development.
